Arcadia Beach Residence Naklua represents a new-style for Heights Holdings
Heights Holdings have been a major player in the property development segment of the Pattaya marketplace for some years now. During that time they have put together a series of successful condominium projects, but their new Naklua-based development promises to be a little different to what they have done before.
To be called Arcadia Beach Residence-Naklua, this will be a more intimate project, rising just eight storeys on the shores of Naklua Bay. It will be just a few metres from the Naklua fishing pier and the well-known Sanctuary of Truth complex and tourist attraction.
This area is one of the most sought-after in the northern part of greater Pattaya. There are any number of truly grand five-star hotels and beach resorts which have located here over the last decade or so.
Arcadia Beach Residence is the 17th project undertaken by Heights Holdings in Pattaya, and it may well be argued that it promises to be their most luxurious. Given that it will comprise just 147 apartments, it will definitely be their most intimate.
Apartments will range in size from 21 to 70 square metres, with something to suit any prospective resident. Among the unique features will be stand-alone hot tubs in the deluxe corner apartments (usually these residences are the most coveted in any major development), as well as floor-to-ceiling glass exterior walls, which will allow for 270-degree ocean views from the ground floor upwards.
With the block only 100 metres from the beach, the rooftop will probably be the centre of the Arcadia Beach Residence social scene with submerged sunbeds and tropical ‘chill’ zones. There will also be a fully equipped gymnasium on the rooftop as well as a large swimming pool, botanical garden, Jacuzzi zone, barbeque area, and dry and steam sauna rooms. Basically, a resident could spend an entire weekend relaxing or entertaining friends on the roof.
On the second floor there will be a sun-deck which will be served by an in-house restaurant, thereby offering a more secluded and relaxed alternative to the rooftop amenities.
The hotel-style lobby will offer concierge services while residents will also enjoy secure access-controlled parking.
With central Pattaya just 10 minutes away by car and good transport links to Suvarnabhumi international airport, the location of Arcadia Beach Residence is almost certain to make this one of Heights Holdings’ most attractive property projects.
Prices will start at 1.365 million baht (for studio apartments between 21 and 27 square metres in size); 1.825 million baht for one-bedroom apartments (25 to 48.5 square metres); and 5.017 million baht for two-bedroom apartments, which range from 58 to 70 square metres.
Heights Holdings are offering a number of so-called ‘early bird’ specials to attract discerning investors. There is a pre-launch promotional discount, although this is limited to the first 50 units sold. Apart from the discount, the pre-launch promotion will feature a complimentary furniture package with each apartment sold.
