There is talk of a property bubble and investors are asking themselves is it a good move to put money into buying property in Thailand.

We believe that property bought at the higher end of the market in the right area is still a good investment. As property prices have soared in other regional centres, in particular Hong Kong, Singapore and Shanghai, there is a growing interest from buyers looking to secure a property here before the ASEAN kicks off in January 2015, as Bangkok will grow as a regional hub due to its geographical location and relative affordability.
