Quality French and International Cuisine, 24 hours a day, seven days a week
While Pattaya is blessed with an amazing variety of good restaurants spread across the length and breadth of the city, there are very few which could claim to be open and operational 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Yet that is exactly the operational hours of the Bistrot de Paris, otherwise known as the My “24 Hours” Restaurant, in south Pattaya. Yet this is not some kind of fast-food takeaway establishment, the operators are very much concerned with offering not just a time convenience for potential patrons, but good quality food. They want repeat business, no matter at what time of the day or night.
As the name suggests, the My “24 Hours” Restaurant – Bistrot de Paris – premier products are French dishes. Nonetheless, they also offer selections of the best of international cuisine and Thai food as well.
In order to compete with the best French restaurants in Pattaya, the management knew they needed to not only offer the uniqueness of being open 24 hours, seven days a week, but the menu had to be first class.
Two of their most popular dishes are Fillet Chateaubriand, with the steak imported from Australia while their Crepes Suzette is precisely of the quality you would expect from a French restaurant.
As well, the ambience needed to reflect the style most people have come to expect from a French-run culinary house. The decoration and the furniture in the restaurant are top notch and should be pleasing to the eye of even the most discerning diner.
The team which the management have built at the My “24 Hour” Restaurant were recruited under the guidance of Chef Arnaud, a culinary master with stints at Tour D’Argent and Fouquet’s, two leading Parisian restaurants.
Chef Arnaud helped gather together and train the highly professional team employed at the My “24 Hour” Restaurant – Bistrot de Paris.
A lot of thought went into the location for the My “24 Hour” Restaurant. When the owners decided they wanted to open a round-the-clock restaurant, they realized they needed to find the kind of location where customers would be able to park their vehicles, be it a car or motorbike, with convenience. They also needed to be in an area which was reasonably accessible on most days of the week and at most times.
The result was that the Bistrot de Paris, My 24 Hours Restaurant, is located at the southern end of Third Road, not far from the overpass to the Bali Hai port. Look for the Renu House Hotel, which is on the right-hand side of the road for those travelling south.
The management have worked hard at trying to offer the kind of place where a salaried employee may come for his or her morning breakfast, a businessman can conduct a discreet lunch and a romantic dinner for two can take place as the evening crowd settles in.
In October the restaurant celebrated its first anniversary and into November it is offering those diners who choose a main course a lucky number for a chance at winning one of three prizes, either money, gold or a gift. There is also a lucky number draw, which takes place on the 16th of each month.
There is abundant parking behind the restaurant. Telephone 099 336 6690 for inquiries or check out their new website: www.bistrotdeparis-my24.com
