Always nice to report on good news and that’s what we have here. The Cube, on Pratumnak Soi 2, and developed by the Tudor Group, is progressing nicely with its Pilings* recently completed. As a development that has already sold over 50% of its units things are looking good for this particular project in 2015. 

We had a chat with the owner of Tudor Group, Simon Ditchburn, who had this to say -“Well, we’re obviously pleased to get under way with the construction after the administrative delays of 2014 and we’re looking forward to making huge strides in construction through 2015. I’ve also just returned from the UK where I had many meetings with potential investors/buyers and the feedback was very positive about our project and Thailand as a whole which was very good to hear”

He continued, “We’ve also launched a new payment plan with as little as 10% Deposit and as much as 50% on completion, but that’s not all, as in addition the 50% can be paid over the 5 years after completion which we know will appeal to many buyers”

“Anyway back to the construction, we’re now moving onto the next stage which is the ‘capping’ and installation of the water tanks”

The Cube itself is located in a very quiet, private area of Pratumank, Soi 2 which is a lovely place to live. It has just 94 units in total with the majority being 1 bedroom, but a few are 2 and 3 bedroom, and if their previous project, Tudor Court, is anything to go by, The Cube will be built to a very high standard, much better than the average.

* “Pilings” are used for deep foundations as opposed to “Footings” which is the name given to shallow foundations.
