The Heights Holdings property development company is one of the most recognisable names on the Pattaya landscape. If practice really does makes perfect then Heights Holdings must surely be getting into the streamlined category as they have just announced their eighteenth construction project for the Pattaya-Jomtien area, to be called Arcadia Beach Imperial.
This will be the third in their successfully branded Arcadia series of developments, following on from Arcadia Beach Resort Pattaya and Arcadia Beach Residence Naklua. This time the move is into the Jomtien area, with the complex a mere two kilometres from the Pattaya city centre and 700 metres from the long stretch of Jomtien beach.
The design of what will be a resort that features five eight-storey buildings consisting of a little more than 1,150 modular apartments is along the lines of the kind of architecture most people would associate with fin de siècle China, hence the name ‘Imperial’.
It’s an ambitious theme, but one that should resonate with many expats and regular visitors who share a love of all things Asian. The Imperial Chinese theme will be evident throughout the complex, with the hotel-style lobby of Arcadia Beach Imperial being the first internal evidence of the Chinese theme. People may then walk out into the extended areas and stroll through the so-called pocket gardens and Zen relaxation pavilions, designed to allow people to really relax and unwind and continuing the Imperial Chinese influence. There will also be Orchid gardens where residents and guests can sit in quiet contemplation.
All apartments will include what Heights Holdings term ‘bold yet luxurious interior design elements.’ As they say, each unit is designed with the resident in mind, with security being a major selling point and each unit will have ‘sleek steel-core security doors’ offering privacy and safety. State of the art fingerprint entry systems will add to the safety as well as comfort and convenience.
Heights Holdings note that Arcadia Beach Imperial will boast ‘an impressive array of amenities which will include an expansive lagoon pool with submerged sun-beds and fully-equipped fitness and gymnasium suite with sauna facilities.’ It will also feature a restaurant and bar.
The majority of units will have views of the lagoon pool while the deluxe ground-floor suites will have direct pool access.
Heights Holdings have scheduled the completion of Arcadia Beach Imperial, which is located on Thepprasit Soi 17, for the fourth quarter of 2017. The 1,150-plus units in the complex will be a mixture of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, ranging from 21 to 79 square metres. Heights Holdings are currently offering a discounted entry-level price for studios starting at just 1.149 million baht for much sought after freehold title. The one-bedroom apartments start at 1.499 million baht and the two-bedroom units begin at 2.998 million baht.
