Heights Holdings show confidence in brand Pattaya

One of the busiest and most prominent property developers in Pattaya, Heights Holdings are well and truly committed to remaining part of one of Thailand’s most successful seaside destinations.

To this end Heights Holdings are now concentrating on building two beach resort projects which they believe will be the biggest and potentially most successful seen in Pattaya.

Laguna Beach Resort: The Maldives will, say Heights Holdings, be unprecedented in the Pattaya resort market. This seven-building, eight-storey resort will cover more than 25,000 square metres, of which a substantial 15,000 square metres will be for recreational areas. The centrepiece will be a lagoon-style pool of approximately 5,000 square meters which will course through the entire resort.

Situated on Thepprasit Soi 9 in Jomtien, it is less than two kilometres from the city centre and approx. 800 meters from Jomtien Beach.

Each building, consisting of modular studio and one-bedroom apartments, is set on the outside of the resort and with a significant distance of 120 meters between each one.

Each of the 1,800 units will have pool or tropical landscape views.

Other features include: underground parking for residents; a commercial area with shops, bars, and restaurants; fully-equipped rooftop gym and fitness centre. As well, there will be a child’s go-kart track, tree houses and tree-top pavilions, and a putting green.

The Maldives is slated for completion at end of Q4 2015.

The Arcadia Beach Resort is, according to Heights Holdings, the first of what will be many they have planned to build throughout Asia. It will, they believe, set the standard for luxurious, holiday living in a prime inner-city location.

Arcadia Beach Resort will be the largest inner-city resort development in Pattaya, situated just off Thappraya Soi 9, in the heart of Pattaya’s most central suburban residential area.

The development will consist of four eight-storey resort condominium buildings on 17,600 square metres. As with The Maldives, around 65 percent of the land area will be given over to recreational areas.

There are 1,100 units for sale in what will be a gated community, thereby providing a safe and secure environment, yet just a five-minute stroll from Walking Street.

Other features include: underground parking for residents, which is designed to be both convenient and safe. There is a 300-square metre supermarket, shops, boutiques and commercial services all set up in a dedicated Shopping Arcade. Two swimming pools set up on two levels and divided into partitioned areas, thereby offering seclusion and privacy. A terraced air-conditioned on-site restaurant serving both international and Thai cuisine will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Although the resort is within walking distance of some of the best restaurants in the city, having an on-site eatery simply means there is never a need to go too far in search of a filling meal. The development also boasts overhanging sun decks; a fully-equipped gym and fitness centre.

Construction is expected to start in Q1 2015 with an expected completion date of Q4 2016.
